A "Return" pertains to the action of returning an item purchased from the Amuree Inc. website under the circumstances outlined below, which include but are not limited to:

(a) Receiving a defective or damaged product dispatched by Amuree Inc. 

(b) Receiving an incorrect product dispatched by Amuree Inc.

Amuree Inc. reserves the right to accept Returns at its discretion, regardless of the terms outlined in this policy.Prior to making a purchase decision, we strongly advise reviewing the returns and refund policy. If you order an incorrect item, you are not eligible for a return or refund.Our 30-day Returns Policy allows you to return items purchased from us within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, you must submit a return request with comprehensive details of the order, and the products intended for return must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order. All returned items undergo scrutiny to ensure they meet the criteria specified in our quality checklist. Refunds or replacements are processed only after meeting these standards. Amuree Inc. reserves the right to reject returns at its sole discretion.

Returned items must be undamaged, returned: i) in their original condition unused and in their original packaging ii) this extends to all products that we sell through our e-commerce and offline not limited to markets. Returns of items damaged due to neglect, improper usage, or application are not covered by this policy and will not be accepted.
