Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

CANCELLATION POLICY?
At Amuree Inc., we prioritize your satisfaction throughout your shopping journey. If, by any chance, you find yourself unsatisfied with your order, you have the flexibility to cancel it within 24 hours of placing the order. This includes items purchased during sales events.
Once 24 hours have elapsed since order placement, cancellation becomes unavailable. However, in such instances, you can proceed with initiating a return upon receiving the item(s).
CAN I CANCEL PART OF THE ORDER?
Should you have multiple items in your order, it's possible to cancel specific item(s) within 24 hours of placing the order.
HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Visit the 'My Orders' page, select 'view order' for the order you wish to cancel. Here, you can identify the item(s) you want to cancel and click 'Cancel This Item.' Complete the cancellation form and submit your request. Upon completion, you'll receive a confirmation email.

WHAT PRODUCTS CAN I RETURN?
Amuree Inc. accepts returns for wellness products and self-care items, provided they remain unused, with all original packaging and labels intact. Any used product or opened package will be exempt from this policy.
HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Items purchased from www.amuree.com can be returned within 15 days of receipt. Simply log in to your account, navigate to the 'My Orders' tab, select the relevant Order ID, and click 'return' against the product you wish to return. Follow the prompts to indicate the reason for return and preferred return method.
CAN I RETURN PART OF THE ORDER?
Certainly. You have the flexibility to select specific item(s) for return within your order.

Returned items must remain unused, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. Please ensure to include a copy of your order invoice within the return package.
WHAT IS THE PICK-UP PROCESS? WHY HAVE I BEEN ASKED TO SHIP THE ITEM?
Upon submitting your returns request, our logistics partner will coordinate the pick-up schedule with you. Alternatively, you can ship the item(s) to our warehouse.

WHEN ARE REFUNDS PROVIDED?
We strive to ensure a seamless online shopping experience. Once your returned item undergoes a Quality Check (QC), you'll receive your refund within five working days. Opting for an eWallet refund ensures instant accessibility for future purchases on www.amuree.com.
WHAT ARE THE MODES OF REFUND?
We offer two refund modes:
- eWallet: Amount is credited to your Amuree Inc. eWallet account, accessible for future purchases without expiry.
- Bank Transfer: For payments made via credit cards, debit cards, or net banking, applicable courier and bank charges are deducted before crediting the refund amount.
You can specify your preferred refund mode in the return request form.
For discounted products, refunds are equivalent to the discounted selling price. During our promotional events, only eWallet refunds are available.
